Description
Vice President of Clinic Operations
ProCo LLC | Atlanta, GA | $175K–$240K base + bonus | Relocation available
Lead multi-site ambulatory operations across ProCo's five healthcare service lines: 21 clinics, 3 surgery centers, and 3–5 new clinics opening in 2026–27. Reports to the COO.
WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW
ProCo grew from 15 to 21 clinics in 3 years, faster than our operating systems. We're hiring our first enterprise VP of Clinic Operations to build the standards, data, and leadership bench that let the next wave of clinics open right the first time.
ProCo is a metro Atlanta healthcare management services organization (MSO) operating five service lines: AICA Orthopedics (orthopedic, neuro-spine, chiropractic, and neurology care), Motion Rehabilitation (physical therapy), MDS Imaging (X-ray and advanced imaging), and Atlas Surgery and Summit Surgery (ambulatory surgery). Together we operate 21 clinics and 3 surgery centers across metro Atlanta with 400+ professionals. A significant share of our patients are personal-injury cases.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Full authority over clinic workflows, scheduling and staffing standards, and resource deployment across the network.
- Patient access and capacity planning: demand forecasting, availability, backlogs, referral-to-service time
- Scheduling and patient flow: enterprise templates, call-center, case-management, and revenue-cycle alignment; wait and cycle times
- Workforce planning: staffing and productivity standards, position control, hiring priorities
- Leadership: lead regional and clinic operations leaders; build the succession bench
- Care progression: turn clinical pathways into on-time workflows
- Patient experience: service standards, complaint resolution, and service recovery across every clinic
- Documentation and compliance: records completion and timeliness, audit readiness, and corrective action with our compliance team
- Financial performance: annual operations plan, labor productivity, cost per visit, and operating budget with the COO and CFO
- Performance: scorecards and a monthly operations review with the executive team
- Growth: operational readiness for new clinics, services, and acquisitions
You'll sit at the executive table for planning, budgeting, and growth decisions.
YEAR-ONE SUCCESS
- Enterprise scheduling standards live in every clinic
- Capacity forecast driving monthly staffing decisions
- Scorecards and monthly ops review running
- 2–3 new clinics opened on the operating playbook
- Regional leader bench assessed, succession plans set
WHY PERSONAL INJURY
PI gets injured patients care quickly, often without waiting on insurer approvals. Attorneys refer, records turnaround drives revenue, and collections can lag care by months. Clinical decisions stay with our clinicians; compliance stays independent. You own execution. PI experience is a plus, not a requirement.
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF
- You've built operating systems, not just run them
- You want a hands-on executive role and build your own dashboards
- You move fast in an owner-led company
Not for you if you need a large staff on day one or fully mature infrastructure.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 10+ years in healthcare operations
- 5+ years leading multi-site or regional operations through layers of leaders
- Results in patient access, capacity planning, scheduling, staffing models, and standardization
- Experience opening sites, integrating acquisitions, or scaling service lines
- Bachelor's required; MHA, MBA, MPH, or similar a plus
STRONGLY PREFERRED
Personal injury, workers' comp, or medical-legal experience; multi-specialty MSK, PT/rehab, imaging, urgent care, or MSO operations; leading clinician-leaders.
Full-time, exempt. Frequent travel across Atlanta-area locations. Relocation assistance available.
ProCo LLC is an equal opportunity employer
