【Visa Support available/Work in Japan】Design Engineer（Logic Circuit）

• Logic circuit design for NAND flash memory LSI:
• RTL design and verification with Verilog, RTL linting, CDC (Clock Domain Crossing) analysis, timing analysis and timing closure, and chip DFT design and verification
• Logic circuits including command decoders and sequencers that generate signals according to commands
• State machines and other logic to control the core of NAND flash memory
• Control logic design for high-speed datapaths and external interfaces
• Collaborate with device engineers and test engineers on product design, functionality, and specification decisions
• Communicate and interface with co-development partners and other company sites

※More than 3 years experience of logic design is necessary.
