VoIP Manager – FX Industry

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced VoIP Manager to oversee the VoIP infrastructure and call center communications of an FX brokerage. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in VoIP systems, experience in the Forex industry, and the ability to manage a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Manage VoIP infrastructure, SIP trunks, DID numbers, routing, and call connectivity.
• Oversee call center dialers, VoIP servers, and network configurations.
• Monitor call quality, network performance, and system reliability.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and minimize downtime.
• Manage VoIP providers and telecom operators.
• Lead and supervise the VoIP team.
• Ensure infrastructure security, scalability, and smooth daily operations.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a VoIP Manager or VoIP Engineer in the FX/Forex industry is a must.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, SIP trunking, DID numbers, and call routing.
• Experience with call center infrastructure and dialer systems.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and network optimization skills.
• Previous team management or leadership experience.
