We are hiring on behalf of our esteemed client in the healthcare and hospitality sector. We are currently seeking professional and dynamic individuals to join their team as a Waitress, with 10 immediate vacancies available.

Position Details

• Position Title: Healthcare Waitress / Patient Dining Server
• Location: Dubai or Sharjah, UAE
• Urgency: Immediate
• Vacancies: 10 Openings
• Employment Visa: Provided by the company

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, residents, or guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer two flexible compensation packages to suit your lifestyle needs:

• Package A (Live-In):
• Salary: AED 1,600 per month
• Included Benefits: Accommodation, transportation, all duty meals, and health insurance.
• Package B (Live-Out):
• Salary: AED 2,500 per month
• Included Benefits: Duty meals and health insurance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Gender/Profile: Professional presentation with strong interpersonal skills.
• Minimum Education: Diploma holder in a relevant field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency (Rated 8/10).
• General Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working as a waitress or in a similar hospitality/service role.
• Local Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience specifically in the UAE.
• Industry Preference: Previous experience working within a healthcare setting is a strong advantage.

Work Schedule

• Working Hours: 12 hours per day (inclusive of designated breaks).
• Working Hours / Commitment: Total of 72 hours per week.
