Description
【背景】
ティアフォーでは自動運転の民主化というミッションの達成に向けて、自動運転のソフトウェア（Autoware）をオープンソース化するとともに、Autowareを活用して自ら自動運転ソリューションの開発や運用のビジネス化を目指すお客様に対して、ソフトウェアプラットフォームとしてWeb.Auto（クラウドネイティブなDevOpsの開発環境）とPilot.Auto（TIER IVにて検証済み自動運転ソフトウェアおよびリファレンスデザイン）を提供しています。
新たな自動運転システム開発者、サービス開発者に対しての参入障壁を下げることによって、自動運転コミュニティを活性化させ、コミュニティによる自動運転システム開発の加速を目指しています。
上記取り組みを加速させるため、Web.AutoのField Application Engineerとして技術面でのプリセールス/ポストセールス業務に従事いただける方を募集します。

Salary想定月収 / Estimated Monthly Salary：416,667円 ~ 791,667円
月額基本給 / Base Monthly Salary ：307,667円 ~ 585,667円 （固定残業手当を除く額/excluding fixed overtime pay）
固定残業手当 / Fixed Overtime Pay：時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分の時間外手当として 109,000円 ~ 206,000円を支給（45時間を超える時間外労働分、休日労働及び深夜労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給 / A fixed overtime allowance of ¥109,000 ~ ¥206,000 will be paid, regardless of whether overtime is performed. Any overtime exceeding 45 hours, as well as holiday work and late-night work, will be paid separately as additional premium wages.

- 弊社製品(自動運転向け開発運用プラットフォーム)の顧客向け技術支援を担当して頂きます。
- 事業開発部署、製品開発部署と協力して顧客獲得を目指します。
- 製品導入前後の製品説明、技術的な質問への回答、導入支援、サンプルコードの提供を行います。
- 自動運転の全容を知ることができます。（自動運転車両側とバックエンドクラウドを含む）
- 国内外の顧客に対し、技術支援を通して課題解決を行い、ご自身の価値を直接提供できます。
- 国内発ベンチャーである自社の成長と自動運転の社会実装に大きく貢献できます。

【従事すべき業務の内容】

- 3年以上のソフトウェア開発経験と6ヵ月以上の顧客対応経験、または、3年以上のソフトウェア製品の対顧客プロジェクト経験
