3D Trophy Designer — Full-Time

IJK Labs | Egypt | Remote

IJK Labs designs and manufactures custom trophies, awards and commemorative pieces. We are looking for a full-time 3D Trophy Designer based in Egypt who can take a concept through to an organised, manufacturable design and a clear handover to our Dubai workshop.

What you will do

• Develop original trophy and award concepts from client briefs, with strong attention to proportions, detail and practical construction.

• Create accurate 3D models and realistic, consistent presentation renders; incorporate feedback into controlled revisions.

• Prepare production-ready models with dimensions in millimetres, suitable wall thicknesses, separated and numbered parts, assembly features and clearances.

• Deliver editable source files, correctly scaled STL files and relevant CAD exports, with clear file names and a parts/assembly guide.

• Specify materials and finishes for each component, including a real finish reference, exact paint colour code and colour system, matte/satin/gloss, and any metallic or texture effect. Work with our team to verify sourcing and manufacturing feasibility before client approval.

• Coordinate with the Dubai workshop, resolve manufacturing issues, and report progress, time spent and blockers clearly.

What we are looking for

• Strong practical skills in at least one of these programs, in order of preference: Rhino 3D, ZBrush, Blender. Expertise in all three is not required.

• A portfolio of 3D modelling, digital sculpting or product design. Trophy/award work and manufactured examples are especially useful.

• Understanding of design for 3D printing and physical assembly. Mixed-material work, mould-making or casting experience is a plus.

• Reliable communication, organised files and the ability to follow a brief and meet agreed deadlines.

• A suitable personal computer and internet connection available at the start. As stated in our application form, a company computer will be provided at a later stage.

• Availability for full-time work from Egypt.
