About the Role

As a remote Pre-sales Engineer based in Egypt, you will play a critical role in promoting Hytera products and solutions to local partners (distributors, resellers, and system integrators). You will be responsible for providing technical support, solution design, and product training, with a specific focus on Narrowband (DMR) communication systems.

Responsibilities

• DMR & Product Expertise: Design and configure Hytera products according to customer requirements, with a strong focus on DMR (Digital Mobile Radio) systems (repeaters, terminals, and dispatch software).
• Technical Support & Site Survey: Conduct field tests, site surveys, and provide technical support for key projects in Egypt (both remotely and on-site).
• Partner Enablement: Conduct technical training and guidance for local sales staff, agents, and key customers based on business needs.
• Bidding Support: Support the bidding process, including technical document preparation, issue resolution at the bid opening site, and working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
• Localization & Market Analysis: Translate technical and marketing materials into Arabic. Complete information collection, collation, and analysis of the local PMR industry.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or related majors.
• Core Technical Skills: Must have solid experience with Narrowband (DMR) systems. Familiarity with RF, networking (Firewalls, switches, routers) is highly preferred.
• Language: English and Arabic as working languages (both written and spoken). Chinese is a strong plus.
• Work Style: Self-driven and disciplined to work remotely. Must be able to adapt to frequent business trips within Egypt when required.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with local partners.
