Academic Lead (Volunteer)

Jentech AI is looking for a proactive and organised Academic Lead to support tutors and coordinate the academic delivery of our practical technology learning programmes.

This is not a teaching role. You will work closely with tutors and the programme team to ensure classes, learning materials, assignments, and other academic activities run smoothly and according to plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with tutors on course delivery and learning activities.
• Monitor academic progress and follow up on agreed plans.
• Identify and resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Maintain consistent communication with tutors and the programme team.
• Recommend improvements to support learner success.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in education, technical training, or programme coordination is an advantage.
• Ability to take ownership, solve problems, and collaborate effectively.
