Role Description The Full Stack Python Instructor is a full-time remote role responsible for teaching Python programming and full stack development concepts to children and young learners. Day-to-day activities include planning and delivering live online lessons, creating structured curricula, assignments, and projects that build skills in front-end and back-end development. The instructor will guide learners through practical coding exercises, provide individualized feedback, and support them in developing problem-solving and technopreneurial mindsets. The role also involves collaborating with the academy team to improve teaching materials, integrating educational technologies, tracking learner progress, and maintaining an engaging, inclusive, and safe virtual classroom environment.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with back-end frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) and APIs.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and familiarity with full stack application development.
• Experience designing curricula, lesson plans, and project-based learning activities for children or beginner-level learners.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, age-appropriate language and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
• Comfort with remote teaching tools, learning management systems, and collaborative platforms used in online education.
• Strong communication, patience, and mentorship skills, with a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in software development and instruction.
• Prior experience teaching programming to children or youth and an interest in entrepreneurship or technopreneurship is highly beneficial.
