Account Billing Manager

The Account Billing Manager is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end invoicing process at account level, ensuring accurate and timely invoice delivery and effective communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the invoicing process end-to-end, from fleet tracking and implementation to invoice issuance and dispute resolution.
• Work with customers to collect missing information and manage invoicing requirements, including POs, device consumption, invoice dispatch, and approvals.
• Manage invoice disputes and customer escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Monitor fleet activities, including change orders and early terminations, and coordinate their implementation across relevant teams.
• Ensure service delivery meets customer expectations and the requirements agreed in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Organize customer reviews and ad hoc calls to address invoicing topics and operational issues.
• Collaborate with Pursuit teams during solution design to assess operational requirements and potential risks.

What you need:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Billing, Financial Operations or similar.
• Relevant experience in customer facing roles.
• Advanced Knowledge of English
• Medium-Advanced Knowledge of MS Excel
• Bachelor's Degree
