Job Title: Account Coordination Specialist
Monthly Pay: $3,533 - $4,962 USD per month
Summary:
Each shift begins with a review of client emails and open service tickets, turning account requests into clear next steps that keep service delivery moving. The Account Coordination Specialist sits in the client and account support team, works under a client support team lead, and coordinates with clients, account managers, and service delivery teams. This fully remote position lets you work from home in Pennsylvania, United States. Daily work centers on checking account details, tracking outstanding requests, and communicating progress so clients know what happens next. The role requires a 40-hour weekly commitment. Working days and shift times may vary.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review incoming client emails and service tickets in a Support platform such as Freshdesk, organizing the queue by urgency, account, and required next action.
- Check client contact details, requested service changes, and previous interactions in a CRM such as Zoho CRM before updating account information within assigned permissions.
- Confirm request scope with clients, clarify missing instructions, and explain the next steps using current service information from a knowledge base such as Microsoft SharePoint.
- Create clear request notes covering the client's needs, confirmed details, responsible team, and expected next update so colleagues can continue work without repeated questions.
- Coordinate account service tasks with account managers and delivery teams, confirming ownership and checking how outstanding actions affect the client's requested completion date.
- Monitor pending requests throughout the shift, follow up with assigned contacts when updates are due, and communicate revised expectations when delivery information changes.
- Resolve routine account information discrepancies within established procedures, and escalate unresolved service issues or competing priorities to the account manager or client support team lead.
- Send concise client progress updates that distinguish completed actions from open items, explain outstanding dependencies, and identify who is handling each remaining request.
- Prepare account status summaries showing request volumes, recurring issues, and aging tasks, giving the team lead useful information for operational reporting and workload discussions.
- Close confirmed requests with complete notes and hand over open items; quality is judged by accuracy, turnaround, complete notes, and timely follow-up.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- About 1-2 years of experience in account coordination, client support, or service operations preferred.
- Understanding of account contact details, service request stages, task ownership, and coordinated handoffs between client-facing teams.
- Familiarity with a CRM such as Zoho CRM, support queues, and searchable service references for checking information and keeping request histories accurate.
- Ability to compare account details, recognize missing information, and prioritize requests using urgency and service impact.
- Clear written and verbal communication for client updates, cross-functional coordination, and practical discussions with account stakeholders.
- Comfort preparing concise status summaries and explaining outstanding dependencies without promising outcomes that other teams have not confirmed.
- A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet private workspace, with availability for the 40-hour weekly commitment and agreed working days and shift times.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Perks & Benefits:
- Fully remote work from home, with account support duties handled through online systems and team communication.
- Structured onboarding and training on a CRM such as Zoho CRM, a Support platform such as Freshdesk, and a knowledge base such as Microsoft SharePoint.
- Regular check-ins with the team lead to review priorities, discuss difficult requests, and receive feedback.
- Build practical skills in account coordination, stakeholder management, service operations, and operational reporting.
- Health coverage, paid leave, a 401(k), maternity leave, and bonus opportunities.
