Account Manager — Client Success (Remote) Pakistan

About the Role

Property Pros Marketing is seeking an experienced Account Manager — Client Success to manage relationships with our US-based clients.

You will own the client communication and relationship experience for your assigned portfolio, ensuring clients receive consistent updates, clear answers, and professional support.

You will work closely with an assigned Google Ads strategist who handles campaign execution and optimisation. You will be responsible for coordinating client requests, communicating progress, managing expectations, and supporting client retention.

This is not a Google Ads campaign management role. The focus is on client ownership and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Conduct client performance calls every two weeks.
• Respond to client emails, calls, and messages within two working hours.
• Provide weekly client updates.
• Prepare clear written recaps after client calls.
• Coordinate client requests and follow-up tasks with Google Ads strategists.
• Manage client onboarding and kickoff conversations.
• Set clear and realistic expectations.
• Identify dissatisfied or at-risk clients and raise concerns promptly.
• Handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of client communication and outstanding actions.

Requirements

• Grew up in the United States and communicates naturally with American clients.
• Currently residing in Pakistan.
• Previous experience managing named client relationships independently.
• Experience handling unhappy clients and successfully retaining relationships.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of lead-generation performance and cost-per-lead concepts.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet and backup power arrangements.
• Ability to work full-time without other client commitments during working hours.

Working Arrangement

• Location: Remote, Pakistan.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Central Time.
• Engagement: Full-time independent contractor.
• Payment: Monthly, in PKR 400000-600000.
• Compensation: Subject to final approval.

Please note that the required US Central schedule will involve evening and overnight working hours in Pakistan.
