Key Responsibilities in Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and trust. Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention. Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, content, design, web development) to deliver integrated and effective marketing campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, provide reports, and proactively suggest optimizations. Handle client feedback, resolve challenges, and ensure service excellence. Support the Marketing Director in account planning, strategy, and upselling opportunities. Requirements 2-3 years of proven experience as an Account Manager in a digital marketing agency (B2B or SaaS experience preferred). Strong knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, PPC, social media, content, web development basics). Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic. Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and campaign briefs. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Proficiency with marketing/CRM/project management tools is a plus. Soft Skills Client-centric mindset with excellent relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver. Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally. Resilient under pressure with strong time management skills. Preferred Previous experience managing SaaS or tech-related accounts . Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.
