Account Manager (Remote, Anywhere in Pakistan, USD Salary)

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing, client services, or account management roles. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications. Excellent project management skills, with hands-on experience using tools such as Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead client presentations and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Practical experience using AI tools for data analysis, campaign optimization, and creative execution. Hands-on experience with Asana, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ChatGPT and AI tools, Segmetrics, Hyros, Clarity, Shopify, WordPress, and Google Workspace. Experience working across Health & Wellness, Sports Medicine, Digital Marketing, Alternative Wellness, and Hospitality/Restaurants industries. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals to align marketing strategies accordingly. Develop and manage marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push notification channels, leveraging AI tools for analytics, optimization, and creative execution. Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns. Collaborate with creative, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, executed efficiently, and meet client objectives. Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client expectations. Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies, targeting, and creative elements to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI. Lead regular client meetings and presentations to review campaign performance, discuss upcoming initiatives, and maintain alignment on goals and strategy.
