The Role:
This position manages daily cash operations, including clearing cash accounts, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and preparing journal entries. It also supports the design and implementation of the new account reconciliation process in Infor M3, oversees cash flow forecasting and reporting, and assists with coordinating the monthly financial close. While the main job responsibilities are related to ACH Food, this role may also be needed to assist with the month-end close process for Anthony’s Goods (AG), an ACH subsidiary, as needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Performs daily bank reconciliations and clears daily cash account postings in Infor M3 to appropriate accounts. Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting systems, tools, and processes to drive scalability and efficiency.
- Reconciles balance sheet accounts, investigates aging items, and identifies potential asset and liability valuation risks.
- Performs month end closing tasks including journal entry preparation, reporting, and internal/external auditor request.
- Assist with audits, working with internal and external auditors, ensuring compliance with U.S. and International Accounting Standards.
- Prepares and delivers weekly and 13-week cash flow forecasts to the parent company (ABF), including variance analysis against actual results, with a focus on continuously improving forecast accuracy.
- Develops and maintains source reporting and dashboards for cash flow forecasting, leveraging AP and AR data to provide visibility into working capital trends, liquidity drivers, and potential risks/opportunities.
- Manages intercompany billing and receipts, prepares invoices manually, and collaborates with sister companies to resolve intercompany discrepancies.
- Coordinates with Accounts Payable to prepare weekly wire payments for cash application.
- Assists with coordinating the monthly financial close process, including preparation of journal entries, review of account reconciliations, and accurate recording of accruals based on supporting documentation and analysis. Prepare monthly financial reporting packs and year-end (YE) packs for ACH Foods, Capital Ventures, and ACH Jupiter. Reporting packs for AG as required.
- Other miscellaneous accounting-related tasks are necessary on a daily or monthly basis.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
- Three years’ work-related experience with General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management processes, bank reconciliation, cash flow reporting, month-end close process and variance analysis.
- Infor M3 and OneStream/HFM preferred. Experience creating Birst reports and dashboards — including AP/AR aging, collections reports, and DSO/DPO key driver analysis is a plus.

Salary Range:
Starting Salary Range: $98,298-$118,593. The pay range listed represents the target hiring range for this position; however, the actual base pay offered to the best talent and fit for the posted role will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge, qualifications and skills, relevant experience, geographical location and internal equity. Future compensation decisions for employees in this role will utilize the full pay range, not solely the typical hiring range.
Compensation is adjusted based on the candidate’s local labor market and may vary within this range.
