Accounts Payable and Finance Officer

A well-regarded international investment group with a strong Luxembourg presence is looking for an organised, detail oriented Accounts Payable and Finance Officer to join its Luxembourg finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full AP cycle across a portfolio of entities: reviewing, checking and approving invoices, allocating them to the correct entity, preparing Excel payment schedules and coordinating approvals
• Liaise with the external service provider and internal stakeholders on invoice queries and payment flows
• Carry out monthly cash analysis ahead of payment runs
• Process internal transactions and support the Finance Manager with payment preparation and review
• Assist with wider accounting tasks including invoice booking, journal entries and financial statement preparation
• Contribute to eCDF filings and broader finance operations

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of accounts payable experience, ideally in financial services or an investment environment
• A good grasp of accounting fundamentals, including invoice booking, debits and credits and financial statements
• Experience with Lux GAAP and an accounting education or qualification
• Strong Excel skills and a methodical, organised approach
• Fluent English and French
• Analytical, reliable and a strong team player
