Administration Specialist Location: Alfreton, Derby Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent About the Role Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Reinstatement Coordinator/Administration Specialist to join their Utilities Team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure reinstatement operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Maximizing work schedules for teams and ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines and KPI measures. Planning the reinstatement of excavations in accordance with notice durations and other operational requirements. Effectively managing resources using relevant systems. Handling reactive planning for emergency work. Liaising with contract management teams and operatives to meet client SLA targets. Experience and Knowledge Required Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information effectively. Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar role, particularly within the utilities industry, is highly desirable.
