Administrative Coordinator

Role Description The Owner at توظيف المهارات ( الرياض ) - Skills Holders will provide overall strategic direction, set business goals, and oversee key operations to ensure sustainable growth. In this part-time, remote role, the Owner will manage client relationships, guide service offerings, and make decisions on partnerships and market expansion. Daily activities include reviewing financial performance, monitoring ongoing projects, coordinating with team members or contractors, and ensuring that services align with the organization’s mission and quality standards. The Owner will also handle high-level problem-solving, basic administrative oversight, and compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic leadership, set priorities, and make sound business decisions.
• Experience with business development, client management, and partnership building in a services-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle part-time responsibilities effectively in a remote setting.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, financial oversight, and basic accounting principles.
• Proficient communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort with remote work tools, digital collaboration platforms, and basic technology troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage projects, delegate tasks, and coordinate with cross-functional or freelance teams.
• Prior experience in recruitment, talent development, or skills training is beneficial but not required.
• Ethical judgment, commitment to inclusive practices, and adherence to local laws and professional standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is also valued.
