Administrative Officer

Role Description The Administrative Officer is a part-time role based in Abu Dhabi with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site duties with some work-from-home flexibility. In this position, the Administrative Officer supports daily office operations, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, scheduling meetings, and coordinating internal and external communications. The role involves providing administrative assistance to team members, responding to client and partner inquiries, and ensuring a professional and organized office environment. The Administrative Officer also assists with basic customer service tasks, prepares documents and reports, and helps streamline administrative processes to support overall business efficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong General Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage day-to-day office operations and support team activities.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain professional interactions.
• Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage schedules, documents, and multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Relevant experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within a media, marketing, or professional services environment.
• Proficiency with common office software and productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing, online collaboration platforms).
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a hybrid work setting in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to improving administrative processes.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is beneficial.
