The Admission and Matriculation Coordinator works in the office of the Registrar, and is responsible for validating and qualifying student applications and matriculating appropriately qualified students in to their respective degree programs. If a student decides to change their start date, they will then also process a Change of Start for the student.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing Applications.
- Processing Pre-evaluations.
- Processing Change of Starts.
- Assisting our Enrollment team with questions.
Additional Information:
- This is an entry level position with the University.
- Candidates will be asked to complete multiple task on a daily basis and will need to stop and start different task when asked.
- We receive distributions of work but the times of those distributions can vary.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through experience required.
- 1 year of relevant work experience required.

Rate of Pay: $18.15-$22.69

In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University’s campuses. These reports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
