Sage Intacct Dashboard & Reporting Specialist

SAGE INTACCT REQUIRED: apply only if you have personally built reports or dashboards inside Sage Intacct. Every applicant answers a written Intacct question, and shortlisted candidates complete a short practical test.

InnoSolve Business Solutions is a US finance & accounting firm with a delivery team in Lahore. We're hiring a full-time Sage Intacct Dashboard & Reporting Specialist to own reporting for a US client across finance, operations, sales and leadership. You will be the reporting lead and direct point of contact for the client, working US Central Time hours.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards and reports natively in Sage Intacct: Dashboards, Interactive Custom Reports, Interactive Visual Explorer and Financial Report Writer
• - Gather requirements directly with department heads and turn business questions into reports people use
• - Own the reporting foundation: dimensions, account groups and multi-entity/consolidated views that tie to the GL
• - Automate delivery with scheduled reports, dashboard subscriptions and Smart Events
• - Extend reporting with Excel, Power BI or the Intacct Web Services API where needed
• - Set reporting standards, validation checks, user training and documentation

What you bring

• 5-10 years in reporting/analytics, with hands-on Sage Intacct report and dashboard building (2026 R3 or earlier). This is required.
• - Strong grasp of Intacct dimensions, account groups and consolidated reporting
• - Finance/accounting or business-analysis background with solid financial literacy
• - Direct experience working with US clients; excellent spoken and written English
• - Advanced Excel; Power BI, SQL or Intacct API a plus
• - Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business, CS or IS; Sage Intacct certification, PL-300 or ACCA/CA/CMA (part-qualified OK) preferred

Work arrangement

• Full-time. Lahore preferred; fully remote within Pakistan considered for the right candidate
• - US Central Time hours on a sustained basis
• - Immediate start preferred. If you are serving notice, part-time during the notice period is fine
• - Offer is conditional on a police character certificate, identity and qualification checks, and references

Selection process

• Written screening question (required): describe one report or dashboard you personally built in Sage Intacct, which dimensions it used, and who used it. Applications without a specific answer will not be reviewed.
• Practical test (30 minutes): shortlisted candidates build a department P&L by location using Intacct dimensions and walk us through it on a video call.
