AI Automation Specialist

Are you passionate about automation, AI, and building systems that remove friction and unlock scale? Bookipi Group is looking for an AI Automation Specialist to join the Marketing team and help transform how marketing operates through automation and AI.

This is a hands-on and highly technical role. You will design, build, and maintain advanced n8n workflows that automate core marketing functions such as reporting, data analysis, and content creation. A key part of the role is creating AI agents that help the Marketing team move faster, make better decisions, and focus on high-impact work.

The ideal candidate is a true n8n expert who understands workflows end to end and can translate business problems into reliable and scalable automation solutions.

We are a remote-first company and support full work from home.

Key Actions and Duties

Marketing Automation and Workflows

• Design, build, and maintain complex n8n workflows to automate marketing processes.
• Replace manual and repetitive marketing tasks with reliable and scalable automation.
• Ensure workflows are robust, documented, and easy to maintain.

AI Agent Development

• Create AI agents that support marketing reporting, insights generation, content creation, and experimentation.
• Design prompt logic, chaining, and decision flows that deliver consistent and useful outputs.
• Continuously improve AI agents based on feedback and performance.

Reporting and Data Automation

• Automate the aggregation, analysis, and summarisation of marketing data across channels.
• Build automated reporting systems covering users, trials, subscriptions, revenue, and funnel performance.
• Improve speed to insight through AI-powered summaries and analysis.

Productivity and Scale

• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the Marketing team and propose automation solutions.
• Enable faster execution and decision-making through well-designed workflows and tools.
• Support Growth, Performance, SEO, and Content teams with tailored automation solutions.

Collaboration and Iteration

• Work closely with Marketing stakeholders to understand their needs and prioritise automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams when required.
• Iterate quickly and continuously improve workflows and agents as requirements evolve.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience building complex workflows in n8n.
• Strong understanding of workflow logic, triggers, webhooks, APIs, and data transformation.
• Experience integrating AI or large language models into workflows for analysis, summarisation, or content generation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with marketing data, funnels, and reporting in a SaaS environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on reliability and maintainability.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a Marketing, Growth, or Analytics team.
• Experience with tools such as GA4, advertising platforms, CRMs, or data warehouses.
• Experience building internal tools or automation frameworks.
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
