HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist – Freelance Contractor

JERN Financials Limited is a London-based accountancy and financial advisory firm supporting growing businesses with bookkeeping, management accounts, cash-flow support and financial clarity.

Our new website, www.jern.co.uk, is complete, and we are preparing to drive traffic to it through Google Ads. We are looking for an experienced HubSpot specialist to create a simple and effective system for managing and following up new enquiries.

The project

The successful contractor will:

• set up and configure our HubSpot CRM;
• connect HubSpot to our WordPress website;
• connect website enquiry forms to HubSpot;
• create a clear sales pipeline;
• set up contact and company records;
• create automatic acknowledgement and follow-up emails;
• set up reminders and tasks for new enquiries;
• connect our booking calendar or TidyCal;
• create dashboards showing enquiries, booked calls, proposals and clients won;
• test the full enquiry journey;
• provide training and a clear handover.

Our Google Ads campaigns and advertising lead tracking are being managed separately, so this role does not include Google Ads management.

Experience required

We are looking for someone who has:

• strong practical experience setting up HubSpot CRM;
• experience with WordPress integrations;
• experience creating sales pipelines and email automations;
• good knowledge of lead management and follow-up processes;
• the ability to explain the system clearly without unnecessary technical language;
• examples of similar work completed for professional-service businesses.

HubSpot certification would be helpful but is not essential if you can demonstrate strong experience.

Contract details

• Freelance, remote project
• Fixed-price proposals preferred
• Expected completion within one to two weeks
• Possibility of occasional ongoing support after completion
