【Responsibilities】

As a member of AI Lab, you will support AI development projects across areas such as problem discovery, PoC development, custom AI implementation, in-house AI development, and continuous AI accuracy evaluation and improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning AI use cases based on client needs and developing Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
• Designing optimal user interfaces and conversational experiences
• Implementing integrations with various data sources
• Creating development roadmaps and collaborating with stakeholders
• Continuously evaluating and improving AI performance and accuracy

【Required Qualifications】

• ３+ years of hands-on development experience using Python
• Business Japanese

【Preferred Qualifications】

Experience or knowledge in any of the following areas would be a plus:

• AI and/or machine learning development
• Building or working with AI models related to Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Statistics and machine learning
• Data analysis using statistical or machine-learning techniques
