Position Title: AI Engineer / AI Specialist

Band Level: B3 / C1

Location: Manila, Philippines

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH – Wipro Policy)

Shift: Regular working hours

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Assess feasibility of priority AI use cases for SAP Testing transformation.
• Develop, configure, integrate, and deploy AI agents/solutions in enterprise environments.
• Enable AI‑powered improvements in regression optimization, test impact analysis, failure analysis, test‑data activities, and reporting.
• Collaborate with SAP/testing teams to embed AI solutions into the JTI environment.
• Provide knowledge transfer and enablement so delivery teams can operate and extend implemented solutions.

🛠 Mandatory Skills

• Hands‑on AI/GenAI engineering and agent development experience.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience developing, integrating, and deploying AI/LLM solutions in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks/patterns and prompt engineering.
• API integration skills with secure enterprise deployment practices.
• Ability to perform feasibility assessments and support delivery enablement.

➕ Desired Skills

• SAP testing or enterprise testing experience.
• UFT / VB‑script automation exposure.
• Experience in regression‑suite optimization, defect/failure analysis, test‑data mining, automated reporting.
• Azure/cloud AI services and enterprise LLM deployment experience.

🎓 Qualifications

• Strong background in AI/ML engineering with enterprise deployment exposure.
• Solid Python programming expertise.
• Experience working in hybrid setups with cross‑functional teams.
