This is an opportunity for someone who can turn AI from a buzzword into working systems, building automations and AI-powered workflows that make our agency and our clients' businesses faster, leaner, and more profitable.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced AI Implementation Specialist who specialises in workflow automation, AI tool deployment, and CRM-connected systems.

This isn't a role where you'll simply experiment with AI tools or write a few prompts. We need someone who can identify where AI creates measurable value, build and deploy solutions, train teams to use them, and prove the impact on results.

You'll take ownership of AI and automation projects across our internal operations and client accounts, from scoping through to rollout and ongoing optimisation.

Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and automation platforms is essential.

The ideal candidate thinks strategically about where AI fits while staying highly involved in the technical build.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Opportunity Identification

•⁠ ⁠Audit existing agency and client workflows to identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation.

•⁠ ⁠Scope, prioritise, and plan AI projects based on business impact, effort, and risk.

•⁠ ⁠Evaluate, test, and recommend AI tools, models, and platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Stay current with emerging AI capabilities and assess their practical value for marketing and sales operations.

•⁠ ⁠Build clear business cases and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.

Workflow Automation & Systems Building

•⁠ ⁠Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Develop AI-powered processes for lead qualification, follow-up, content production, reporting, and customer communication.

•⁠ ⁠Integrate AI models and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into existing systems and workflows.

•⁠ ⁠Build and refine prompts, custom GPTs, AI agents, and knowledge bases tailored to specific business needs.

•⁠ ⁠Troubleshoot integrations, automation failures, and data flow issues.

GoHighLevel & CRM Integration

•⁠ ⁠Build and manage AI-enabled automations directly within GoHighLevel.

•⁠ ⁠Set up pipelines, workflows, forms, triggers, and follow-up sequences.

•⁠ ⁠Implement AI-driven tools such as conversational assistants, lead scoring, and automated nurturing.

•⁠ ⁠Connect advertising platforms, funnels, and CRM systems to ensure accurate data flow and lead tracking.

Training, Adoption & Documentation

•⁠ ⁠Train team members and clients to use AI tools and workflows effectively.

•⁠ ⁠Create clear documentation, SOPs, and best-practice guides.

•⁠ ⁠Drive adoption across the team and gather feedback to continuously improve solutions.

•⁠ ⁠Establish guidelines for responsible AI use, including data privacy and quality control.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

•⁠ ⁠Define success metrics for each AI implementation (time saved, cost reduction, lead quality, conversion improvement).

•⁠ ⁠Monitor performance, identify issues, and iterate on solutions.

•⁠ ⁠Report results clearly to internal stakeholders and clients.

•⁠ ⁠Take ownership of outcomes and continuously work towards better results.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience implementing AI and automation solutions in a business setting, preferably within a digital marketing agency.

•⁠ ⁠Strong hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.

•⁠ ⁠Practical, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel is required.

•⁠ ⁠Strong working knowledge of large language models, prompt engineering, and AI APIs.

•⁠ ⁠Experience connecting tools via APIs and webhooks, and troubleshooting integrations.

•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure and demonstrate the impact of your work.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members and clients.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

•⁠ ⁠Must be based in Latin America and comfortable working remotely during US business hours (EST/EDT).

•⁠ ⁠Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace.

Highly Advantageous

•⁠ ⁠Previous experience working with US-based clients.

•⁠ ⁠Experience supporting multiple client accounts simultaneously.

•⁠ ⁠Background in marketing, lead generation, or sales operations.

•⁠ ⁠Experience building AI agents, chatbots, or voice AI solutions.

•⁠ ⁠Basic scripting skills (JavaScript or Python) or experience with low-code tools.

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with data privacy and security considerations when deploying AI.

•⁠ ⁠Spanish or Portuguese language skills in addition to English.
