AI Product Builder

Work schedule: 9am - 5pm. Pacific Time (or 9pm - 5am Pakistan time)

Base salary: PKR 200,000–300,000 per month

About the role:

We're looking for a proactive AI Product Builder with strong product judgment, a good eye for UX design, and the ability to turn ideas into functional products using AI tools.

You'll initially focus on building our AI-powered Marketing Engine and other tools that help automate workflows, improve efficiency, and support business growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys understanding user needs, designing intuitive solutions, and taking ownership of products from idea to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product development from idea to launch, including research, planning, prototyping, testing, and improvement.
• Work with marketing and other teams to understand user needs and identify opportunities.
• Design intuitive, user-friendly products and workflows.
• Use AI tools, AI agents, and development platforms to build functional products and automate processes.
• Build and improve AI-powered marketing tools for content creation, campaigns, outreach, and analytics.
• Research emerging AI technologies and explore practical business applications.
• Gather feedback, improve product usability, and measure results.
• Independently drive projects forward, solve problems, and communicate progress.

Requirements:

• 3+ years building or shipping digital products as a product manager, product designer, product developer, or related roles.
• Strong product judgment and understanding of user needs.
• Good eye for UI/UX design and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to build products, prototypes, or automation workflows.
• Ability to turn ideas into practical, working solutions.
• Strong initiative, ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice to Have:

• Software development or programming experience, particularly with web applications, APIs, or integrations.
• Experience with AI coding assistants, AI agents, or no-code/low-code platforms.
• Experience building marketing tools or automation solutions.
• Experience launching products independently or in a startup environment.
