AI Solution Engineer

🚀 We're looking for a curious, motivated and hands-on AI Solution Engineer to help design, build and scale AI-powered solutions on an Azure-based Data & AI platform.

You don't need to know everything. What matters is your curiosity, independence, willingness to learn and passion for turning ideas into real solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, build and deliver end-to-end AI solutions, from initial ideas and rapid prototypes to reliable, production-ready applications.
• Develop AI-powered features, intelligent agents, automations and integrations that solve real business problems.
• Build and enhance solutions, leveraging Microsoft Azure and modern AI technologies.
• Integrate enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune, Darktrace and other IT, security and business systems.
• Design and develop APIs, connectors, data pipelines and backend services to connect different data sources and applications.
• Experiment with LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, vector search, Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry, evaluating their practical applications.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools and coding agents to accelerate engineering, experimentation and delivery.
• Take ownership of your solutions, including testing, troubleshooting, deployment, documentation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate directly with business, IT, security and data teams to understand challenges, challenge assumptions and identify valuable AI use cases.
• Turn promising prototypes into secure, maintainable and scalable solutions that deliver measurable value.

What we're looking for

• A genuine builder mindset: you enjoy coding, experimenting, troubleshooting and turning ideas into working software.
• Hands-on software development experience, preferably with Python, REST APIs, cloud services and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills: you’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, breaking down complex challenges and finding practical solutions.
• Interest in modern AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents and automation.
• Curiosity about AI-assisted engineering: you actively explore tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar technologies.
• An understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including clean code, version control, testing, security and maintainability.
• An integration mindset: you enjoy connecting systems, working with APIs, understanding data flows and making different technologies work together.
• Ownership and initiative: you can work independently, learn what you don’t know and drive solutions forward without needing detailed instructions.
• Good communication and collaboration skills: you’re comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders and translating their needs into solutions.
• A continuous learning mindset: you stay curious, experiment with new technologies and actively look for better ways of doing things.

Nice-to-have

• Experience building AI-powered applications or agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or similar.
• Experience with Azure AI services, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containers or modern application deployment.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT and security platforms, identity management or IT service management.
• Personal projects, prototypes, open-source contributions or professional implementations demonstrating your passion for building with AI.
