This is a long-term opportunity with a clear path toward becoming our Technical Lead . What You'll Do As our AI Web Operations Specialist, you'll build, deploy, maintain, and optimize client websites while leveraging AI tools to improve speed and efficiency. Your responsibilities include: Build and update websites using AI coding assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.) Develop and modify HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Configure domains, DNS records, SSL certificates, and hosting Deploy websites using Netlify, Vercel, and GitHub Connect payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal Work with Supabase, APIs, forms, authentication, and backend integrations Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and Core Web Vitals Perform website migrations, backups, and restorations Maintain websites, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve performance Use AI daily to accelerate development and validate code Build automations using GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make.com, n8n, and APIs (a huge plus) Required Skills We're looking for candidates with strong experience in: HTML CSS JavaScript Responsive Web Design Website Deployment DNS & Domain Management Stripe Integrations AI-Assisted Development Website Troubleshooting Bonus Skills Experience with any of the following is a plus: Netlify Supabase Cloudflare GitHub GoHighLevel React Next.js Tailwind CSS TypeScript Vercel Google Analytics Google Search Console Local SEO Cursor Claude ChatGPT What We're Looking For You are someone who: Solves problems independently Learns new technologies quickly Pays close attention to detail Communicates clearly Documents your work Takes initiative Can manage multiple client websites simultaneously Enjoys using AI to improve workflows Preferred Experience 2+ years building and maintaining websites Portfolio of live websites Experience with AI-assisted development Experience supporting multiple client websites Comfortable communicating with clients when needed What Success Looks Like First 30 Days Deploy websites independently Configure domains and DNS Handle website updates and payment integrations Within 60 Days Manage multiple client websites Troubleshoot technical issues Improve SEO and website performance Complete website migrations Within 90 Days Lead technical operations for website launches Improve internal workflows Help onboard and train future team members Recommend tools and process improvements Compensation & Benefits 💻 100% Remote 💰 $8–$12 USD/hour 🕒 Flexible schedule 📈 Part-time (20–30 hours/week) with opportunity for full-time 🚀 Long-term career growth into a Technical Lead position 🤖 Work with cutting-edge AI tools every day Ready to build the future with AI?
