Air Travel Consultant with German

Position: Air Travel Consultant with German Work Model: Remote (within the Czech Republic) Employment Type: Full-time, Contract We are looking for a motivated Air Travel Consultant to support airline customers in both German and English . In this role, youll handle inbound calls and assist travelers with bookings, cancellations, check-ins, and policy-related inquiries ensuring each customer enjoys a smooth, professional, and friendly experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for airline customers via inbound calls in German and English. Assist with reservations, changes, cancellations, online check-in, and travel policy information. Accurately record all customer interactions in the companys system. Provide timely and courteous resolutions to customer queries while meeting quality and performance standards (KPIs). Requirements Fluent in German (B2+) and English (B2+) , both spoken and written. Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly. Service-oriented, friendly, and stress-resilient personality with a positive attitude. Ability to work in rotating shifts , including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work onsite during the initial training period . Stable wired internet connection (minimum 16/10 Mbps) . What We Offer Working Schedule: Rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM 10:00 PM, 8-hour shifts).
