As we continue to strengthen and expand our Corporate IT organization, we are looking for an
Application Consultant MS Dynamics 365 CRM (m/f/d) to join our international team.
Become part of our powerful Corporate IT organization! Our international team consists of more than 70 colleagues who ensure the stable operation, continuous improvement, and future development of IT infrastructure, technologies, and business applications across the DEHN Group.
The role | Your tasks.
- You will take an active role in the implementation, configuration, and continuous development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement within the global DEHN Group landscape.
- You will work closely with the Global Dynamics 365 Administrators and Corporate IT teams located at the DEHN headquarters in Germany.
- You will collect requirements from stakeholders across the DEHN Group and implement them in accordance with the guidelines and working methods of the HQ IT Team.
- You will act as a subject matter expert for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape.
- You will support business users in their daily activities and provide expert guidance on Dynamics 365 processes and functionality.
- You will evaluate the business requirements and process the change requests.
- You will support the creation of technical and business documentation.
- You will provide 2nd Level Support for Dynamics 365 incidents, service requests, and application-related issues across DEHN subsidiaries worldwide.
- You will participate in the global Dynamics 365 Projects.
- You will support the HQ with the implementation of Change Requests.
Your Experiences And Competencies.
Your Profile :
- You have a degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
- You have solid Experience in CRM Implementation/Support Projects.
- You have Business Consulting skills.
- You possess deep knowledge in the customization/configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement Module).
- You have programming skills in JavaScript and C#.
- You can work independently in an international and remote environment.
- You have already worked in agile teams and have basic knowledge of agile frameworks.
- You have strong communication skills and prioritize teamwork.
- You are resilient, flexible, and put the team spirit at the center.
- You have advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
- You are willing to travel occasionally to our headquarters in Germany or to our Romanian production site when required.
