Role Description The Application Senior Supervisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cairo, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role oversees the performance and reliability of applications used in Xceed’s operations, ensuring systems support business requirements and service level commitments. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring application performance, coordinating with technical support teams on incidents, leading root-cause analysis for recurring issues, and prioritizing enhancements with stakeholders. The Application Senior Supervisor collaborates with operations, finance, and customer service teams to align application functionality with business processes, optimize workflows, and support reporting and analytics. The role also involves supervising and mentoring team members, developing training materials for application users, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across Xceed’s service lines.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and .NET.

- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.

- Knowledge of React or Angular.

- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Fluent in English.
