Role Description The Application Senior Supervisor .Net (Agile & AI Integration) is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role oversees the design, development, and maintenance of .NET applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across key business systems. The supervisor leads an Agile development team, facilitates sprint planning and reviews, and coordinates with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. A core responsibility is driving AI integration initiatives, identifying opportunities to embed machine learning and intelligent automation into applications and guiding the team on best practices and implementation. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing code, mentoring developers, ensuring adherence to standards, collaborating with infrastructure and support teams, resolving complex technical issues, and continuously improving development processes and application quality.

Requirements:-

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and .NET.

- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.

- Knowledge of React or Angular.

- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Fluent in English
