Appointment Setter

Hiring REMOTE Appointment Setter - Multiple positions immediately available.

Compensation: $1,400 - $2,500 USD Per Month!

We help U.S. businesses hire applicants from various countries for REMOTE job opportunities, and we have multiple open Appointment Setter positions we need to hire for immediately. You would be working directly with the business.

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team through outreach via email, calls, and personalized SMS messages.

• Follow call scripts and objection-handling frameworks to keep conversations consistent and move prospects toward an appointment.

• Schedule meetings and calls for closers, scaling up as volume increases.

• Send confirmations and reminders, and follow up on reschedules, to reduce no-shows.

• Log every call, outcome, and note in the CRM, and track outreach volume and booking rates.

Preferred skills & Tools:

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

• Full proficiency in CRM management: HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Apollo

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications:

• +1 year of experience as an Appointment Setter or related role.

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.

• High level of motivation and persistence.

• Energetic and upbeat.

• Team player.

• Willing to listen to feedback and improve.
