Appointment Setter

Good on the phone? Want commission on every client your calls bring in?

Zaps Studio is a small remote team. You’ll call business owners in the US and UK, have real conversations about how their business runs, and book demos for our founder. We give you the leads, the script and the training. You bring the phone skills.

What you earn

• Part-time: PKR 30,000 to 40,000 base per month

• Full-time: PKR 80,000 to 120,000 base per month

• Plus uncapped commission on every demo you book that shows up, and every deal that closes from your demos

• Plus a monthly rev-share on the clients you bring in

Full commission details are shared in the interview. Commission usually takes a few weeks to start, and the base covers you while you learn.

What you bring

• Outbound calling, tele-sales or appointment-setting experience (B2B preferred)

• Clear, easily understood English on a phone line

• Objection handling without being pushy

• Honesty on every call, and the discipline to work without being chased

• Fast, reliable internet, a quiet room and a noise-cancelling headset

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, plus a few Saturday hours to make up missed targets

• Hours are flexible as long as targets are met

• Best calling windows (PKT): US 7 to 9 PM and 2 to 4 AM, UK 1 to 3 PM and 7 to 9 PM

Targets

• Part-time: 20 to 25 conversations a day (usually 100 to 150 dials), and 2 to 5 booked demos a week after a one-month probation and training period

• Full-time: hit at least 2 of these 3: 200+ dials a day, 25 to 30 conversations a day, 3 to 5 booked demos a week after probation

Start

We’re hiring 2 to 3 people. Training starts now, part-time. Once you’re fully trained and hitting targets, you can move to full-time in January.
