Role Description

This is a remote, long-term Senior Upwork Bidder role, working 4 hours daily from 12 AM to 4 AM (PKT). The Senior Upwork Bidder will manage the full bidding process on Upwork: finding relevant software projects, reviewing client requirements, and writing tailored, persuasive proposals. Daily responsibilities include submitting a minimum of 10 quality bids, targeting larger and high-value software projects, tracking proposal performance, and following up on client responses and interview invitations. The role also involves working closely with Incomera’s technical team to make sure proposals accurately reflect our capabilities and match each client’s needs.

Compensation

5% commission on every withdrawal from projects you win, for as long as the collaboration continues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Upwork bidder, ideally at a senior level, with a strong track record of winning projects.
• Ability to bid on large, complex software projects (web, mobile, SaaS, custom development, etc.).
• Excellent proposal writing skills, with clear, structured and client-focused proposals.
• Good understanding of the software industry, technologies and development processes.
• Consistency to submit at least 10 quality bids every day.
• Strong English communication skills for engaging with international clients.
• Attention to detail, good organization, and the ability to track multiple leads and follow-ups.
• Availability to work remotely from 12 AM to 4 AM (PKT), with a commitment to long-term collaboration.
