Apprenticeship - Underwriting Support

Responsibilities:

• Distributed Detected potensial FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) cases
• Updated daily list of potential FWA cases
• Reviewed and corrected billing descriptions
• Supported data summarization and analysis for reporting purposes
• Supported analysis specially for excessive claim amount cases by analyzing fraud indicators
• Supported the creation of big data summaries using Pivot Tables

Requirements:

• Final year student (with no class to attend) or recent graduate from any major
• Willing to do WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week) in Setiabudi, South Jakarta.
• Committed to do 6 months internship
• Willing to do WFO (3x a week) in South Jakarta
• Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented
• Able to speak and write in Bahasa and English
• Advance in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate to advance in Excel would be a plus)
• Basic Insurance knowledge and have any experience in Policy Holder Services in Life Insurance industry will be preferred
