Job Description This is a remote position. The Opportunity: At Pentoz, we’re reshaping the future of enterprise operations through intelligent, no-code technologies. As an AppSheet Developer, you’ll lead the creation of custom mobile and web applications for a variety of use cases—field operations, HR automation, inventory, reporting, and more—across industries like staffing, hospitality, tech, and logistics. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to rapidly deliver smart, efficient, and user-friendly apps using Google’s AppSheet platform. You Will Be Responsible For: App Development: Building business applications using AppSheet’s visual editor, leveraging Google Sheets, Excel, and other cloud-based data sources. Process Automation: Creating efficient workflows, automations, and bots to reduce manual work and enhance productivity. UI/UX Optimization: Designing intuitive interfaces and forms tailored to mobile and web usage across diverse business functions. Data Modeling: Structuring datasets for optimal performance and integrating with platforms like Google Workspace, Airtable, or SQL. Custom Logic: Using AppSheet expressions to build dynamic logic, conditional workflows, and role-based access control. Client Enablement: Training end-users, documenting app functionality, and refining apps based on user feedback. This Role Is For You If: You have 1–3 years of experience working with AppSheet, or other no-code tools like Glide, Airtable, or Power Apps. You’re proficient in Google Sheets/Excel formulas, and comfortable creating clean, well-structured data models. You’re business-oriented and can translate operational problems into app-based workflows. You enjoy working independently on rapid-delivery projects while collaborating with remote teams.
