Role Description The Asset Integrity Manager is responsible for ensuring that physical and technical assets within Silicon Catalyst.EU’s portfolio remain safe, reliable, and compliant throughout their lifecycle. This part-time, hybrid role is based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility to work from home for part of the schedule. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating asset performance, conducting risk assessments, and developing inspection and maintenance plans for equipment and infrastructure. The role involves coordinating with engineering, operations, and safety teams to implement integrity management programs, track corrective actions, and maintain accurate documentation and reports. The Asset Integrity Manager also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, supports audits and regulatory reviews, and advises on asset-related investment, replacement, and upgrade decisions.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in asset integrity management, reliability engineering, or a related field within industrial, energy, or high-tech environments.
  • Strong skills in risk assessment, performance monitoring, and developing inspection, maintenance, and mitigation plans for critical assets.
  • Familiarity with relevant standards, regulations, and best practices related to asset safety, reliability, and lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in using asset management or CMMS tools, data analysis software, and reporting systems to track asset health and performance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and decision-making.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, managing part-time hours and changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, asset management, or a related technical discipline; advanced certifications in asset integrity or reliability are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in the Abu Dhabi or wider GCC region, and familiarity with local regulatory frameworks, is beneficial.
