Asset Integrity Specialist

Role Description The Asset Integrity Specialist at ريّان للاستشارات والتوريدات الزراعية | Rayaan Agri will focus on monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance and reliability of agricultural assets and related financial holdings. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing asset performance, identifying integrity risks, recommending corrective actions, and supporting investment decisions related to agricultural projects and equipment. The specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to compile reports, maintain asset registers, ensure compliance with internal policies, and contribute to long-term asset management strategies. The role also involves preparing documentation and presentations that clearly communicate asset status, financial impacts, and improvement recommendations.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate asset performance, risk, and financial impact.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings clearly.
• Knowledge of finance and investments to support asset valuation, budgeting, and portfolio decisions.
• Experience in asset management, including tracking lifecycle, maintenance planning, and performance optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, business, agriculture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and spreadsheets; experience with asset management or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a part-time setting.
• Familiarity with agricultural operations or agribusiness environments is beneficial.
