Asset Operations Specialis

Role Description The Asset Operations Specialist role is a part-time, hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the specialist will support the management and optimization of digital and financial assets related to Amazon seller accounts, tracking performance, risk, and profitability. Daily responsibilities include monitoring asset performance, assisting with investment and budget allocation decisions, preparing reports and dashboards, and coordinating with internal teams to align asset operations with growth plans. The specialist will also help refine operational processes, maintain documentation and SOPs, and contribute insights that improve financial efficiency and long-term asset value.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret asset performance data, assess risk, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly present operational and financial insights.
• Foundational knowledge in finance to understand budgets, returns, and profitability metrics.
• Experience or interest in asset management, including tracking and optimizing digital or financial assets.
• Understanding of investments and how allocation decisions impact performance and growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools; familiarity with analytics platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage part-time hours effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Experience with e-commerce or Amazon marketplace operations is a plus.
