Your Area of Focus

For project engineering, coordinate technical inputs, review drawings and submittals, track project actions, and help resolve engineering queries with the relevant teams.

For HSE, support site inspections, maintain incident and observation records, communicate safety requirements, and follow up on corrective actions.

For operations coordination, organise schedules, resources, handovers, and routine updates to keep day-to-day work on track.

Across the role, maintain clear documentation, raise issues promptly, and work constructively with project, site, and operations teams. Experience in one track is welcome; expertise across all three is not required.

Your Background

Experience in project engineering, health and safety, or operations coordination is useful. Strong organisation, attention to detail, and clear communication are valued. Familiarity with technical documentation, site procedures, or operational trackers will help in the corresponding area. A relevant degree or equivalent experience is welcome.

Flexible part-time hours and hybrid work can be arranged around project milestones and operational needs. Site inspections or HSE duties may require in-person attendance in the UAE.
