Assistant Retail Manager / Retail Assistant / Shop Assistant

Role Description The Assistant Retail Manager / Retail Assistant / Shop Assistant at Reino IA will support daily store operations and ensure a welcoming environment for all customers. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with some flexibility to work from home for administrative and reporting tasks. Responsibilities include assisting with sales activities, maintaining product displays, monitoring stock levels, and processing transactions accurately. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, resolving basic issues, supporting promotional campaigns, and coordinating with the team to meet store performance goals. The Assistant will help with opening and closing procedures, basic reporting, and adherence to company policies and standards.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and team members.
• Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to provide courteous, solution-focused support.
• Basic Team Management or team coordination experience, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Sales skills with the ability to understand products, assist customers in making informed choices, and meet sales targets.
• Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic digital tools for reporting and communication.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak retail periods.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills, especially Arabic, are an advantage.
• Eligibility to work in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
