Associate Audit Director - Global Top 20 Practice - London - Up to £100k plus bonus

Associate Audit Director – Corporate – London – Expanding Global Top 20 Practice going through exponential growth.

Up to £100k base plus rapid career progression to RI in 12 months and Partner in 3 years

3 days a week office hybrid model - very flexible hours and start/end times

UK experience is essential and sponsorship is not offered

Up to £100k base salary plus rapid career progression to Director with RI in 12 months £125k base plus bonus and 2-4 years path to Partner £180k-£220k base plus bonus in a Global Top 20.

Corporate experience (any sector apart from Financial Services) - must have either listed experience whether that be FTSE 250, AIM, and Multinational listed

Preference for candidates outside the Big 4 with this experience and would consider someone coming back from industry with this experience

Must be either an SM or a 3rd/4th year manager looking for a step up with either ACA/ACCA (or overseas equivalent)

Great hybrid model with lots of home working including 3 days a week in the office hybrid model - very flexible hours and start/end times

I am working with a rapidly expanding Global Top 20 Accounting firm that has gone through exponential growth across the UK including in a flagship London office. They are also part of a global networks and winning significant engagements across UK FTSE and AIM listed clients as well as multinationals listed abroad as either a component or group auditor.

They are winning significant market share of these clients from Top 4 and Mid-Tier Practices (including PE backed) backgrounds because of their Partner led approach. Their service lines spearheaded by national leaders who are either ex Big 4 or former CFO/COO level in Industry, they will mentor your development to your path to the top at the firm.

They are looking for an Associate Director to join their high-flying team at an important time, where there will be huge scope of fast-track progression and work on a varied portfolio.

You will be from either a Top 10, Mid-Tier or regional Big 4 firm with background in audit with a background working with listed corporate clients whether that be FTSE 250/350 or AIM listed in that respect.

There will be a choice of evolving and dynamic sectors to work with where you can take ownership of an area of real interest with high growth clients. There is a 12 month path to Director with RI support from the firm, and then Partner in 3-5 years as they look to grow from within.
