The Role OpenData Clinical is global reference data on sites and investigators. As our Associate Lead, you will lead a remote team of 30-50 freelancers who do rule-based web research and identify investigators and sites related to OpenData while following compliance and quality standards. You will support in improving business processes and drive process improvements as well as technology improvements. You are fully responsible for your team's performance (efficiency and quality). Your primary focus is to improve process efficiency and reduce defects. To thrive in your role, you are highly motivated to lead and have a “can do” attitude. You are results-oriented, analytical, methodical, and socially skilled. You communicate effectively with managers, analysts, and researchers. What You'll Do Lead a team with a headcount of 30-50 Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects Build a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team Own your team’s KPIs and its performance Escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously Requirements 1+ years of working experience Proven knowledge of business process design, management, and optimization Skilled with spreadsheets Comfortable working remotely in an international environment Nice to Have Experience in the Life Sciences industry, particularly clinical trials terminology People management experience Perks & Benefits Opportunity to work in a diverse and international workspace Life insurance Charity bonus Fitness reimbursement Compensation Total compensation: 25,000 - 38,000 EUR The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role.
