Monarca Living is a premium furniture and home décor brand serving B2B and retail clients across the U.S. and international markets. We are expanding our remote outreach team in Pakistan.

Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to interior designers, architects, studios, and furniture retailers, primarily through Instagram.

- Generate qualified B2B leads and follow up professionally.

- Maintain client details in Google Sheets, including names, usernames, profile links, and outreach status.

- Coordinate interested prospects with our digital operations team.

Requirements

- Prior Instagram outreach and lead generation experience is required.

- Strong written English is mandatory for U.S. and international client communication.

- Basic Google Sheets proficiency.

- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.

Compensation

Commission Only | No Fixed Salary

Guaranteed 0.5% commission rate on qualifying, successfully completed B2B projects generated through your outreach.

Commission Examples:

- $100,000 project = $500

- $500,000 project = $2,500

- $1,000,000 project = $5,000

- $5,000,000 project = $25,000

- $10,000,000 project = $50,000

Examples are illustrative; project values are not guaranteed. Commission is paid after successful project completion and confirmed client payment.

No cap on commission earnings.

Training & Support

Our team provides outreach guidelines, Google Sheets templates, and ongoing assistance. Previous outreach experience is essential.
