Codexkraft Digital is expanding! We are an end-to-end digital engineering agency specializing in Custom SaaS, AI Automation, and Mobile App development.

We are looking for a highly skilled Upwork Bidding Specialist who knows how to close high-ticket technical projects. If you rely on copy-pasting generic ChatGPT cover letters, this role is NOT for you. We need a strategic deal-closer.

🔹 What You Will Do: • Hunt and bid on high-value Upwork projects (Custom Software, AI, UI/UX, Mobile Apps). • Write highly personalized, technical cover letters that convert. • Handle initial client communication and schedule discovery calls with our tech team. • Maintain a strong profile success rate and bidding strategy.

🔹 What We Are Looking For: • 1-2+ years of proven experience winning IT/Software projects on Upwork. • Strong understanding of tech stacks (Web dev, SaaS, AI, Mobile apps). • Flawless written English and negotiation skills.

💰 Compensation: Fixed Base Salary + Excellent Commission on every closed deal.
