The role

You'll be a Backend Engineer building the core of their AI Neobank app: reliable APIs, workflows and financial infrastructure that scale across markets, partners and millions of users.

What you'll own

• Backend services and APIs for a range of areas within the business Reliable systems that handle real customer transactions and operational workflows
• Integrations with financial partners, payment providers, AI services and third-party platforms
• Backend quality end to end
• Close work with product, frontend, mobile and AI teams to ship quickly and safely
• Simplifying and automating existing systems to remove manual work

What you'll bring

• Strong backend engineering experience in production systems
• Solid grasp of APIs, databases, auth, queues, jobs, events and integrations
• Experience building services used by real customers or operations teams at meaningful scale
• Sound judgement on trade-offs between speed, correctness, scalability and maintainability
• Experience in Fintech would be a big plus
