BDR for YouTube Marketing Agency

We're looking for a motivated BDR who is ready to own our YouTube agency’s outbound machine. Our founder, Jente, has built a repeatable, proven system to attract potential YouTube clients consistently. Now, we are looking for someone to come in, own the system, and grow it further.

What will you do:

- Build lists of new leads: deliver a continuous pipeline of qualified, contactable leads per niche, respecting the ICP criteria and the blocklist, with a documented source for every batch. Target: enough volume to never leave sending capacity idle.

- Run the existing campaigns and improve upon results: launch, monitor, and maintain multichannel campaigns in Lemlist (email + LinkedIn), including A/B variants, deliverability watch, and pause/resume management.

- Qualify positive replies and set meetings in Jente’s calendar: The goal will be to get 2/3 new clients per month. Together, we’ll set the targets to reach this.

- Speed to Lead and Data Hygiene: This is our biggest pain point right now. Our founder, Jente, doesn’t have the bandwidth to respond fast and stay on top of everything. We’re looking for someone who can respond fast to positive replies and keep our CRM (HubSpot) up to date.

This is an execution role inside a system that is already built. The go-to-market strategy, the list architecture, the sourcing engine, the copy, and the CRM have been designed already. You’ll learn the system, run it, and improve it with data. This is NOT a closer role and NOT a strategy role.
