A global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and operations across over 170 countries and regions. Its digital transformation team works across business units to improve processes, expand the use of data, and deliver technology solutions that support business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess digital transformation opportunities with business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into project scope, delivery plans, success criteria, and measurable KPIs.
• Manage end-to-end delivery, including schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate development teams in Japan and India to deliver AI, automation, analytics, and business application projects.
• Monitor project progress, report status and risks to management, and track business benefits.
• Support solution adoption through stakeholder communication, change management, and user engagement.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of IT project management experience, including end-to-end delivery of IT or digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of digital technologies such as AI/GenAI, RPA, workflow automation, data analytics, or business application platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, use cases, project plans, and measurable KPIs.
• Experience coordinating business stakeholders and technical development teams.
• Advanced Japanese (N1 level) and advanced English.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with enterprise workflow automation, business application platforms, or online collaboration solutions.
• Experience delivering AI/GenAI, RPA, system integration, or data analytics projects.
• Experience working with offshore or international development teams.
• PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, ITIL, Microsoft, or equivalent project/digital delivery certification.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, cloud platforms, or data architecture.

Working Hours:

8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00, with flexible working hours and no core time.

Working Style:

Hybrid — 3–4 days in the office and 1–2 days WFH.
